Community
Sometimes connecting with others offers us the deepest healing. My classes and events offer self-discovery while strengthening community.
Here you’ll find monthly Nights, Reiki Trainings, Meditations and Workshops.
It is a lot of work to integrate all aspects of your being into one container, one life form.
It is the hero’s journey, and it offers rewards beyond measure.
The difference between an unconnected, or “stuck” version of you and a connected, or “unstuck” version, is the difference between night and day.
When you feel connected, body, mind and spirit, it is like the entire world comes alive for the first time.
